The NISDRC, as a special donor unit of the openKylin community, has long been deeply involved in community ecosystem construction,fulfilling the responsibilities of a Standing Committee member unit and collaborating in community governance. This year,in cooperation with the community, it launched the "Xinhuo Cup" Leading Application Case Collectioninitiative,widely soliciting innovative application achievements of the openKylin operating system across industries. In the construction of open-source standardization, the NISDRC deeply participated in drafting the T/SIA 056—2025"Open Source Operating System Community Controllable Open Source System Construction Specification" group standard,led by the community, helping to standardize the open-source system.

All participants visited the NISDRC software achievement exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of the center's development history and cutting-edge achievements, and exchanged views on software industry research, software supply chain security, partners, and achievements.

This meeting reviewed the community's work progress in September and conducted discussions on multiple core topics. Standing Committee members exchanged opinions on key issues such as community technological innovation, ecosystem construction, and version planning. In the open discussion session, key discussions focused on community graduation procedures and improving the contribution reinforcement mechanism of Standing Committee member units. This meeting further consolidated the community development consensus, clarified work goals and task divisions for the next stage, and helped openKylin continue to achieve high-quality development while continuously enhancing its domestic and international influence.
